princess cake!

c & p dubbed her that when we watched the royal wedding in awe along with the rest of the world last spring.

 i think it's pretty safe to say that kate middleton dominated her 20s.

chick is legit.  and it's her big 3-0.  

feel a bit like a creepster stalker at how much i have enjoyed watching this lady strut around in everything from gorgeous evening gowns to wellies.  but i do and i'm pretty sure you do, too.

so here are some highlights. . .

we don't have that much in common except our husbands bear a slight resemblance to one another {did you know one of CBC's nicknames is horseface?  doh! hope he's not reading. . .}

i personally want to wish princess cake a happy birthday.  i know she will continue to impress us all as she enters a new decade.

i'm so glad to have you as a role model for my girlies.  cinderella and belle have nothin' on you, sister.  you are the real deal.

so, wave those 20s goodbye and continue to kick some royal *ss in your 30s!

miami monday

even though it's been "unseasonably warm"- it's still january.  and january is depresso. 

 the only way i am going to survive this winter is by dreaming of my upcoming florida trips to celebrate one of my fave people evah.  

miss J is getting hitched in may in naples {woohoo!} and the bachey debauchery begins 2 months from TODAY in south beach.

so hopefully i'll be adding a lil somethin-somethin to my wardrobe every week or so to further boost endorphins.  and every monday until then i'll be posting a warm weather find.  like this adorbs milly top on super sale here!

even if you can't escape someplace warm this winter, i truly believe shopping for summer will make you feel better, too.  go on. . . give it a whirl. . . you know you want to.

the HGTV dream home in park city, utah is 100 percent OOC.

i just visited park city for the first time last year. {see post here}  and i am TOTES moving there when i win the house.  no, i'm not a strong skiier or particularly fond of the outdoors but i'm willing to change.  for one thing only. . .

they saw mommy kissing santa claus . . .

santa was very good to me!  with some nifty giftys from my faves like elva fields, caudalie, sorel, j brand, ila handbags, and a fabulous new printer linked back to my sweet paiges of style.

now, i just need some snow, someplace to wear my purty necklace, to fit in the jeans, the eye cream to start working and the talent/know-how to start putting the printer to good use.

oh, and obvs my fave gift is the neil diamond tickies.  i heart neil!  i wanted to name george neil diamond but CBC nixed it. {the bastahd!} here's a pic of me serenading the hub with 'forever in blue jeans' at our wedding.

so i'm pumped for the concert on our anniversary eve this summer.  {CBC. . .not so much}

oh, and damages.  okay so i saw this so super sale at target and picked it up as a last minute gift.  we banged out season 1 in 4 nights.  great way to get through the winter nights. . . too bad there are a lot more than 4 of them.  womp.
